KLZ-1 finished product, cement grinding aid series, finished product

The grinding aid is a surfactant, which is added to the ground material in an appropriate amount to improve the fluidity and dispersion of the powder, thereby improving the grinding efficiency. Adding an appropriate amount of grinding aid to the crushed material and adsorbing it on the crack can reduce the free energy of the crack surface, which is conducive to the improvement of crushing efficiency.

The molecules in KLZ-1 are adsorbed to keep the microcracks of the cement particles open and further expand the cracks, thereby accelerating the rate of reduction in the size of the cement particles.

The polar molecules of KLZ-1 grinding aids overcome the problem by neutralizing the charge in the grinding clinker.

The ultimate function of KLZ-1 is to disperse the cement particles, produce a better grinding effect, and greatly improve the compactness of the cement.

While changing the grinding performance, KLZ-1 increases the early and late strength of cement and improves the performance of cement through a series of physical and chemical changes.

Calculation of the actual amount of grinding aids:

Calculate the amount of grinding aid added per minute according to the formula, the formula is as follows: L=(M×G)/(D×C×60)

Of which:

L: Amount of cement grinding aid added per ton (ml/min)

M: Adding amount of cement grinding aid per ton (g/t)

G: The output of the mill table (t/h)

D: Grinding aid specific gravity

C: Dilution ratio of grinding aids in use
